”學校裡,很明顯的存在雙面性,同時有著重視「平等」、「少數服從多數」、「個性」的「均質化」的樣貌,也有重視「在校表現調查單」與「偏差值(標準分數)」此類「差異化」的一面。孩子在各種層面上,被視為團體的一份子,強制地均質化、一視同仁,然後在這一視同仁的基礎之上,再進行差異化,就是容易滋生嫉妒霸凌的溫床。(p.242)“{14}


There are two sides of school, one side seems focus on ”Equality‘, “The minority is subordinate” and “Homogenized personality”. The other side is focus on “How does the student behave in school”, “Grades”. it causes students jealous each other then be the trigger of bullying. (p.242){14}
